Bakery Reopens!

The CORNER BAKERY & EATERY will be open our regular hours starting Monday July 9th at 7:00 am.  We appreciate all of the prayers and best wishes sent out to our family this past week and are grateful for all the offers of help. 

Family Emergency

A very important member of our family had an accident on Sunday morning and we as a family have been with him since that time. We appologize for having to close the bakery this week but it was not by choice. We want to assure all of our loyal customers that we have not closed the Corner Bakery on a permanent basis. We ask for everyone's patience and understanding at this time and we will be open again just as soon as possible. We want to thank all who have sent out prayers and concerns. Our family is very grateful.

Mesquite Grilled Pork

  Friday night was our first evening to be open and these are some of the items that we served to our guest.  Along with our slow roasted prime rib we offer Mesquite Grilled Pork, Hawiian Grilled Chicken, Seared Salmon, Ham Steak and House Flat Iron with your choice of our Mushroom Merlot or Blue Cheese Fromage Sauce.

HOURS & MENU UPDATE

Effective immediately our new summer hours will be: Monday thru Thursday from 7am til 2pm and Friday from 7am til 9pm.   In order to fulfill our extensive catering obligations over the summer months we will now be CLOSED ON SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS.  We have extended our hours on Fridays til 9pm.  Along with the extended hours we will be offering a specialized menu for our evening hours.  It will include home made chicken fried steaks, prime rib, pork chops, grilled chicken and our salad bar.  Of course you can always just stop by to get one of our famous cheeseburgers! So come out on Friday night and make the Corner Bakery & Eatery one of your stops.
