New Things At the Bakery!

 Have you been in to see the new "Fall Menu Items?"  We have giant buttermilk biscuits with pepper gravy, banana nut pancakes & wild berry crunch oatmeal!!

 
This is our "Country BLT" with a cup of soup.....just one of the many items available at lunch.  Or try the new Santa Cruse Chicken Sandwich.  There's always something new and exciting to try here at the "Corner Bakery & Eatery"

Busy Weekend for the Bakery

Our weekend started on Thursday evening as we helped with the reception for the SPIRIT conference at the Liberal Air Museum.......then on to breakfast on Friday morning..

 Jack Taylor and his wife & staff greeted all the guest and made our job very easy! 

 Then it was time for all of us here at the Bakery to begin preparations for Saturday at our Air Show Food Booth.  We rolled over 200 burritos and made a few hundred smoked turkey legs!

Saturday September 8th be sure to take in the FREE Air Show out side of the Liberal Air Museum.....and while you are there don't forget to stop by our food booth.  We will be closed at the Bakery that day and will be serving food from 9:00am til 4:00 pm there at the Air Show.  Stop by and check out all of the special items we will have for that day!  See you there!

Closed Labor Day!

The Corner Bakery & Eatery will be

CLOSED on Monday Sept. 3, 2012 for Labor Day.

We will reopen at our regular time 7:00 am on Tuesday September 4.

New Things!

Some new things will be happening this week at the Corner Bakery & Eatery as we begin to prepare for Fall.  It's wishful thinking on our part, we know, but it is that time of the year. Soon crisp evenings, mums and the smell of firewood will be the norm.  So.....we are starting our Fall Menu this week and some everyday specials.  We will also be posting a new "Carry Out" menu for breakfast orders.  Right now we only allow carry outs on our breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches.  Starting Monday morning tho, we will have a specific carry out menu on items that we will do for breakfast. 

As part of the Fall change we will be putting the cover on our salad bar for a few months.  This means we will be adding some different salads to our menu and also giving you the option to add a salad to your meal for a small sum. Additionally we will be offering some soup/half sandwich or salad/half sandwich combos.  Lots of new things coming.  So take some time and stop in to the Corner Bakery to see what's happening.  Also keep watching the blog.  As I have time to get all of the new changes updated I will.
