This was our latest creation here at the Corner Bakery & Eatery. The small footballs are "cake pops". They were white, red velvet and chocolate dipped in chocolate. The "helmet" is actually a 4 layer chocolate cake carved in to a helmet and then covered with fondant. The mask is made from white chocolate. We think it turned out great! What do you think?
