Look at the great new items from our summer menu!  We make home made wheat hoagies right here in the shop for our "Philly Beef Steak Sandwich"  You can't get any better than this........ 

 We now have serveral wraps for those hot summer days when a big hot meal is just too heavy.  Try it with a side of fresh fruit, which is offered as a side choice this summer.

New "Corner Cheeseburger Sliders"!  The same great taste of our famous hamburgers with a few new ingredients added.  These are a house favorite.     

New Summer Menu

Our menu for the summer months is at the printer and will be available for pick up after 11:30 am on Tuesday.  Also, the specials for this week and the month of June will be posted Tuesday night and available for pick up on Wednesday at the Bakery. 

A few changes to note:  Soup will be served from October 1st thru May 25th only, so soup is over for the season unless there is a special noted.  Our lunch buffet during the hot summer months will only be served two days a week, but we have added several items to the new menu.  On days that we don't serve the buffet there will be a hot lunch special.

Breakfast buffet will be on Saturdays from 7 am til 11 am.  Keep watching for updates.  I will get all of this on line by tomorrow night.  Thanks for your patience.

Closed For Memorial Day Weekend

The Corner  Bakery & Eatery will be CLOSED for

 MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND. 

We will close at 2:00 pm on Thursday May 24th and

 remain closed until Tuesday May 29th at 7:00 am.  

More Cakes & Catering.....

We've had another busy month so far here at the Corner Bakery & Eatery.  We were the caterer of choice for several events and had many cakes to get done.  That is one of the main jobs we do here at the Corner and are grateful to the many clients who have hired us for all of these occasions.  Take a look.....

 

Pizza Time!

If you haven't tried one of our new "pizzas" you're missing out on a treat!  Here at the Corner we are now offering three personal 9 inch pizza choices.  Each one is unique and delicious in it's own right.  So if the lunch buffet or our burger options are not what you crave, then give one of the new pizzas a shot.

MOTHER'S DAY DINNER SATURDAY NIGHT

This Saturday May 12, 2012 The Corner Bakery & Eatery will be hosting a Mother's Day Dinner from 5pm until 9pm for all of our loyal customers and their mothers.  Bring "mom" out for a night on the town so that she won't have to do any cooking this weekend! Kansas Sampler Special...

Catch the Kansas Sampler show this weekend here in Liberal and while you are out and about on Saturday May 5th, stop by the Corner Bakery & Eatery for our  $5.00 Burger Spercial!   That's right!  From 11 am til 1 pm we will be serving a hamburger or cheeseburger, chips and a bottled drink for $5.00 only.  Yes, you can stop in and crab your lunch to go and get back to the festival or just sit back out of the heat and relax.  We'll be here.
