NOVEMBER 2, 2013 UPDATE: Due to our many catering obligations our dining room will temporarily be closed until further notice. As soon as we get some of our events under our belts we will open it up again. Hopefully in time for some of the Holidays. Remember we still have our Thanksgiving Special Order List.
SEPTEMBER 28TH UPDATE: The Corner Bakery & Eatery "On The Go" has now teamed with Wilkens Catering & Design. Our small dinning room is open Monday thru Friday from 11:00am - 2pm. We reserve our large dinning rooms for private functions, ie. weddings, birthday parties, Christmas parties, etc. So stop by the restaurant and dine in or give us a call for a delivery or carry out order.
RECENT UPDATE: The Corner Bakery & Eatery Outback closed it's doors to the public in the summer of 2013. We appreciate all of our loyal customers who have supported us since we opened at the original Corner Bakery a few years ago. Our move to the new location just was not the right one for our style and type of food. We are now going back to those roots with our Corner Bakery & Eatery "On the Go" addition! We have the same great food and fantastic dessert now delivered right to your door step, office or other location. We're only a call or email away......

UPDATE: The Corner Bakery & Eatery relocated to 1010 S. Kansas Ave. on February 20th, 2013. Although we loved our original location, we believe that our new home will bring us more customers and more opportunities to serve our clients. The new Corner has loads of parking and more seating capacity than most places in town. This move has also enabled us to offer a more diverse food selection and hours of operation. Stop by and try some of the new steaks at night or enjoy our regular great burgers and sandwiches. Remember, we still do special orders for cakes, desserts and catering.
The Corner Bakery & Eatery in Liberal, Kansas was opened in April of 2011 and is owned and operated by a mother and daughter team. We our a specialty bakery and sandwich shop providing familiar favorites, as well as some new and exciting items. Our hamburgers and cheeseburgers are some of the best
any where around this area! We also serve great sandwiches, fresh salads, home made soups and great breakfast items! You can't beat our breakfast burritos for only $1.79! If sweets are your thing our pastry counter is full daily of an assortment of cookies, muffins, cinnamon rolls, pies, cakes, and tortes. We take orders for bread items, custom cakes and cinnamon rolls if you need a specific item.
In January of 2012 we opened our soup and salad bar with over 20 items to choose from daily. Soon after we followed with our daily lunch buffet. If you are looking for a regular "home cooked meal" then our lunch buffet is the place for you.
At The Corner Bakery & Eatery one of our main functions, is that of a caterer. We cater on site and off site for weddings, birthday parties, retirement parties, and private functions. No event is too large or small. Private chef services are also part of the services we offer, so take advantage of that if you don't have the time or inclination.
